    “Die Seehundstation sowie ein Inddorspielplatz für Kinder ist fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fahradverleih und leckere Imbissbuden/Restaurants. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto optimal zu erreichen.
    Ausgiebige Deichspaziergänge oder Ortserkundungen können direkt vor der Haustür starten. Auch für Hunde gut geeignet, Beutel und Abfalleimer sind überall vorhanden. Es herscht jedoch aufgrund der Naturschutzgebiete verständlicherweise überall Leinenpflicht. Es gibt extra ausgeschriebene Hundeausläufe, wo der Hund sich austoben kann und neue Kameraden findet. Für mehr Kultur empfiehlt es sich Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto zu machen um die Mühlen, Museen und verschiedenen Strände in der Umgebung zu erkunden.”
