Holiday apartments with small balcony near the small town of Lazise, at Lake Garda. The apartments are situated on the first (and last) floor and the access is by an external shared staircase. Access by a local road which can be used by the neighbourhood only. The access to the beach (at 250 m) is by a private, fenced footpath for which you will receive the key. Trained walkers can reach the town center by footh walking along the beaches. In 3 km distance you will find the famous amusement parks of the lake Garda. Ideal position for excursions to Verona (25 km), Vivenza (80 km) and Venice (140 km).
