The living/dining room offers a sofa bed for two, a dining table with chairs and a television and access to the patio. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet.
The two patios are furnished with a table and four chairs and offer stunning views of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor Ocean. It is only 15 meters from the community pool. A doorman is available 24/7. Parking is available.
