Holiday apartment with a roofed terrace, in a quiet location on the edge of the forest
The renovated holiday house is very quietly situated on the sunny edge of the forest. It measures around 70m² and can accommodate four people. It was awarded 3 stars in 2013 by the German Tourism Association (DTV).
The ground floor has a generous living room with a dining corner and a tiled fireplace stove. You can enjoy a wonderful view into the distance from the living room. The kitchen renovated in 2013 has an electric stove with a ceramic hob, a microwave, an oven, an extractor fan, a fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, tea towels. The ground floor also has a hallway and a bathroom (shower, WC, under-floor heating, refurbished in 2014) with a window. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The front bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sitting corner, the rear bedroom (walk-through room) has two single beds.
The roofed terrace has garden furniture. There is a lockable garage below the house.
The site is completely fenced and largely safe for children. A swing, small sandpit and water shell are provided, as well as toddler vehicles. There are children’s books and toys in the house. A children’s bed and a highchair can be provided. The non-smoking house has been tastefully furnished. It is suitable for allergy sufferers (parquet and tiled floors, no carpets or rugs).
The house is very quietly situated, and right behind the house there is an extensive forested area (hiking, berries and mushrooms). Active holiday-makers will enjoy the golf course (Königstein, 8km), great climbing facilities of all difficulty levels (Hirschbachtal, 10km), the summer skiing mountain Monte Kaolino (Hirschau, 31km) and the Five Rivers cycle path (Neukirchen, 6km). The historical towns of Nürnberg, Regensburg and Amberg are barely an hour away.
