This vacation apartment is located 13 km from Belluno, in an apartment building in the natural environment of Monte Nevegal, a strategic point for sportsmen, but at the same time an excellent starting point for excursions to Venetian art cities (Venice, Treviso and Cortina are only an hour away by car). The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The terrace and the garden offer the ideal place to spend pleasant hours outdoors, sunbathing or enjoying the cool evenings. A few minutes from the apartment are ski lifts: Nevegal ski resort offers slopes for all levels, from beginners to cross-country skiing. In less than 100 km you can reach the Falcade - San Pellegrino pass (74 km) with some of the most beautiful slopes of the Dolomiti Superski; the Monte Civetta district (60 km) with over 80 km of slopes; Cortina d'Ampezzo (76 km) with 130 km of slopes; and the glaciers of Marmolada (80 km), the highest peak in the Dolomites (3342 m) with the longest ski slope in the Dolomites (13 km) and a cable car that takes you up to 3250 m offering an incredible view. In summer, Mount Nevegal is a paradise for mountain bikers. There is also entertainment for children, such as an adventure park and a riding school. At Lake Santa Croce, 18 km away, you can practice water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and fishing. The strategic location of this apartment allows you to reach some of the most beautiful cities in Italy: Belluno (13 km) where the styles of different eras coexist, the unwalled town of Feltre (40 km), Vittorio Veneto (40 km) with the amazing old town of Serravalle. Do not miss the most important Venetian cities: Treviso (80 km), the unique Venice (110 km), Vicenza with its Palladio palaces (118 km) and some small villages surrounded by the splendid nature of the mountains and of great historical and artistic interest: Mel (24 km), Cortina d'Ampezzo (76 km), Bassano del Grappa (80 km). Not to forget the Venetian villas that you can explore on foot, by mountain bike or by motorcycle. To complete the vacation, there is a rich gastronomic offer with local specialties that you can taste in numerous trattorias, restaurants and festivals of local products.     “Insgesamt war das Haus in Ordnung, der Preis war sehr günstig. Allerdings konnte der Mann, der dort
    in dem Tourismusbüro arbeitete kein einziges Wort Englisch. Da keiner von uns italienisch konnte
    gestaltete sich unsere Ankunft etwas probelmatisch, da wir nicht verstanden, was er zu uns sagte.
    Mit einem italenischen Wörterbuch lies sich dieses Problem beheben. Die Wanderwege, die direkt bei unserem Haus ausgingen waren sehr anstrengend, da es die ganze Zeit nur bergauf ging. Schöner sind die Wanderwege weiter weg von der Unterkunft, allerdings war es sehr schwer an Wanderkarten dazu zu kommen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr positiv, das Haus war von der Sauberkeit her in Ordnung, genauso wie die Ausstattung. So wie man es dem Preis entsprechend erwarten kann. Ich denke, dass das Haus für 6 Personen zu klein ist. Da wir nur zu viert in diesem Haus waren, war es optimal.”
