Die Lage ist einzigartig und ganztägig im sonnigen Bereich mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Meer, die Bucht von Port Rafael und Palau und die Berge. Der Zustand des Gebäudes ist sehr gut und architektonisch ein sehr gelungenes Meisterwerk. Die Sauberkeit ist überall gegeben. Alles bestens, schöne großzügige Bäder, schöner Wohnbereich. Sehr schön gepflegter Garten. Die Preisgestaltung ist sicher im oberen Bereich, jedoch für den gebotenen Luxus und die Hauptreisezeit gerechtfertigt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und freundlich. Wir können die Villa mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Christine ist perfekt, sehr freundlich und fürsorglich.”

    “Ett fantastiskt hus som alla tyckte om. En mycket vacker utsikt över havet. Mycket vacker trädgård och fin pool. Barnen badade mycket. Dock blev vattnet grumligt vid slutet av vistelsen och flera av barnen fick sedan öroninflammation. Vi såg inte till någon som skötte poolen under vår vistelse.”

    “Das Haus befindet sich in einer Top-Lage (Porto Rafael) und befand sich in einem guten und sauberen Zustand.
    Leider konnte man die Motorräder nicht mit auf das Grundstück nehmen. Es gab jedoch eine Unterstellmöglichkeit ausserhalb des Grundstückes.
    Der Preis für die Reinigung (45,00 Euro pro Person je Woche) ist eindeutig zu hoch, zumal nur einmal eine Reinigungskraft für 20 Minuten den Außenbereich gesäubert hat.
    Es wurden uns 120,00 Euro ohne Vorankündigung für zwei separate Bettbezüge von der Kaution abgezogen.
    Wir waren eine Reisegruppe mit 15 Personen.”
