Villa Barchetta is a cozy and functional house, located in a quiet and scenic area, offering guests a breathtaking view.
It is about 1 km from the center of Monte San Martino, where you will find all the main services, restaurants and supermarket. Moreover, the house is situated in less than 20 kilometers from the National Park of Monti Sibillini. For nature lovers, this is a really unique place, with woods, trails and lakes. Hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding are just some of the activities you can do inside the park. True wonders are also the Castle of Caldarola ‘Castello Pallotta’, where festivals and themed events take place and the Abbadia di Fiastra, just a few kilometers from the house offer many activities such as canoeing.

Villa Barchetta is surrounded by a large garden, within which you will find a lovely swimming pool, which can be heated and is equipped for against-the- current swimming.
