Holiday apartment with a garden and a bicycle storage room, quietly situated and near the beach

The holiday house is about a ten-minute walk from the beautiful, wide, sandy beach. It is quietly situated on a side street in Karlshagen with little traffic.

The lovely, light and generous holiday apartment of around 85m² can accommodate five people. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a cosy dining table, a lovely and light living room with a TV, a bedroom with a big double bed and a single bed, a second bedroom with two single beds that can also be joined together. A travel bed for a child can also be provided on request. The apartment also has a beautiful, big bathroom with a shower and bath.

A terrace with a grill and a bicycle storage room are also available.

Whether it is places of interest, the sea or the beach, there is something for everyone here. The most beautiful, widest and finest sandy beach on Usedom awaits you. The charming landscape, with deciduous and coniferous forests along the dunes, invites you to go on extended walks and cycle tours. You can also go swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, riding, play golf or tennis, volleyball etc. Or you can simply look forward to a stroll along the beach, fly kites, build sand castles and relax. Karlshagen has a lot of cafés and restaurants, as well as little shops. You can buy everyday groceries in various supermarkets 100-900 metres from the apartment and there is a bakery practically on the doorstep.

    “Positiv: Die Ruhe .... unglaublich. Morgens hat irgendwo ein Hahn gekräht, aber so weit weg ... gehörte aber einfach dazu.
    Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber, man kann sich fast nie über den Weg laufen. Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück, auch mit Aussenterasse zur Ferienwohnung ... einfach toll und .... da würde ich immer wieder gerne hinfahren.”

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und trotzdem nicht zu weit vom Strand weg.
    Auch ist sie sehr gross und geräumig sowie liebevoll eingerichtet.
    Auch grosses Plus ist die Dusche und Badewanne.
    Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.”
