Right in front of the house there is a terrace with a large table, where you can enjoy dining in the evening. There is also a romantic balcony accessed directly from the bedroom. You can use the space all around the house for relaxing. Deckchairs are provided. In the courtyard you can also find a sandpit, a slide, a swing and a seesaw, along with many animals that will delight children.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a very spacious living and dining room with an open attic. The bedroom features light wood and has a double bed. It is possible to add a child’s bed to the room. A further three people can sleep in the attic room with a view of the clear mountain sky. The bathroom, along with the entrance area and kitchen, is fitted with underfloor heating and has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans and tableware.
The surrounding Dolomites and the Pustertal provide one of the most beautiful settings you could wish for on holiday. Apart from the world-famous “Drei Zinnen”, you can enjoy thousands of other landscape highlights, such as the Pragser Wildsee, the Erdpyramiden at Platten, many climbing trails and glaciers. You can set off on some hiking trails directly from the house. Within 15km you can find a wellness paradise and a swimming lake, riding stables, a golf course and many recreational facilities. It is not only the beauty of the landscape that offers many interesting highlights, but also the local history and culture. “Ötzi” the 5000-year-old ice man, many castles, the Roman settlement ‘Sebatum’ and other museums provide everything that culture enthusiasts will appreciate. South Tyrol is also famous for its culinary diversity. The Mediterranean and Alpine cuisine complement and enrich each other in a unique way. You can sample this near the house. Just 500 metres away there is a rustic restaurant that will treat you to South Tyrolean specialities. In the town Bruneck (ca. 12km away) you can find further restaurants, cosy bars and relaxed clubs.
You can find peace and quiet here, away from traffic and hustle and bustle.
