Lovely Holiday Apartment in Seefeld with South-Facing Balcony

The two-room luxury apartment was completely renovated in 2013, measures around 65m² and is suitable for up to four people. The living room has an additional double bed (180cm wide) as part of the leather suite, a generous leather dining corner with a dining table for up to eight people, an LCD flatscreen TV, a laptop, fax, Skype, free wireless Internet access, a copier and printer. There are also current DVDs, CDs, a little library, board games and children’s games. The bedroom is furnished with an extra-wide bed (220cm), a cupboard and an additional LCD TV. The very modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining. The modern bathroom has been fitted with a generous raindance shower, an illuminated washbasin, a towel radiator, a makeup mirror, a hairdryer and a WC. The large hallway has a separate walk-in wardrobe cupboard and provides ample storage pace. There is also a full-length mirror in the hallway.

The apartment is non-smoking, but you can smoke on the roofed balcony.

A deckchair, a table with four chairs, an electric grill and an awning invite you to enjoy the impressive Alpine panorama from the 15m2 south-facing balcony in peace and quiet. There are private parking spaces. In the basement there is storage space for bicycles and skis. There is a daily delivery service for bread and rolls. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request.

    “Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist entsprechend ruhig. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß in 5-10 min erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, moden und sehr chic eingerichtet. Es wirkt alles sehr neu. Die Küche ist absolut top ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick in die Berge. Die Wohung wirkte sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.”
