Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Malinska, district Radići. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. 9-hole golf course in Brijuni Island, excursions possible from Fažana. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
