    “Erstmal die positiven Punkte
    1. Die Lage ist super, ca 100m bis zum Strand, für Hundehalter perfekt.
    2.Die Sauna ist größer als sie auf den Bildern erscheint.

    Eher neutral würde ich das Haus an sich bewerten, es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden, der Platz ist eher beengt, vorallem da man zum Badezimmer/Sauna durch eines der beidern Schlafzimmer muss wo allerdings das Bett jeweils den Raum schon fast komplett ausfüllt auch das fehlen von Seife hatten wir bisher in noch keinem Ferienhaus, bei anderen Ferienhäusern mit Küche war auch immer ein Grundbedarf an Gewürzen vorhanden, so etwas muss man hier selber mitbringen, weder Salz ,Pfeffer noch Zucker sind vorhanden. Da ich sowas aber nicht vorraus setze bewerte ich es als neutral und ziehe auch nichts an der Bewertung ab, es sollte aber erwähnt werden, wenn man Sonntag anreist ist es nunmal nicht möglich sich etwas zu besorgen .

    Zu den eher negativen Punkten zähle ich
    1.die Betten sind alles andere als bequem, die Kissen sollte man selber mitbringen da die vorhandenen diese Bezeichnung nicht verdienen (sind zwar 80x80 aber von der Dicke her eher wie eine Steppdecke für den Sommer)
    2. die Ausstattung ist recht abgelebt , Kratzer an den Wänden, zerlebtes Sofa, Fußabtreter innen vor der Balkontür zerfetzt, Stopper für die Balkontür zerkaut, Dunstabzugshaube zusammengeklebt auf eine sehr primitive Weise, vom Esstisch hängt die untere Schicht ab, Laminat gerissen (halt viele Kleinigkeiten die in der Summe aber unangenehm auffallen)
    3. auch wenn wir sie nicht gebraucht haben aber die Fernbedienung für Fernseher geht gar nicht und die für SAT-Anlage nur wenn man sie direkt vors Gerät hält bei max 10cm Abstand

    Da alles zumindest sauber war und auch die Einrichtung mit allem an Geschirr und Küchenzubehör soweit vollzählig war möchte ich mal nicht zu steng sein und ziehe deshalb auch nur ein Häuschen in der Bewertung ab, in der Hoffnung das die Kleinigkeiten mal behoben werden.
    Im Fazit war es ja auch doch ein schöner Urlaub.”

    “Die Lage ist super, besonders mit Hund, ein paar Schritte und man ist am Hundestrand. Das Haus war sauber, die Ausstattung okay, bis auf die Matratzen und Kopfkissen. Trotzdem würden wir dort immer wieder Urlaub machen, da die Lage einfach ideal ist.”

    “Das Haus lag Besonders für Hundebesitzer sehr schön da der Hundestrand nur ca 100 Meter weg war. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet nur das Schlafzimmer hätte etwas größer sein können. Einziger Nachteil ein Eierkocher fehlte und abends waren einige Jugendliche etwas laut.”

    “Sehr schönes Haus, perfekt für einen gemütlichen Urlaub und vor allem die Sauna war für kalte Winterabende toll.
    Was es zu bemängeln gab war das die Betten für unseren Geschmack etwas weich waren. Und man sollte daran denken Ethanol für den Kamin gleich selber mit zu bringen. Wenn man über die Feiertage anreist und die Rezeption geschlossen hat kann man den Kamin sonst leider nicht nutzen. Hatten gedacht wir müssten nur den Verbrauch zahlen und es wäre welcher im Haus vorrätig.”

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden: sehr gute Ausstattung, perfekte Lage (vor allem für Urlaub mit Hund), ordentlicher Zustand, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wenn man allerdings nur zu zweit mit Hund ist, sind es viel zu viele Möbel im Wohnzimmer, die einem im Weg stehen.”
