Mørkdalen is a charming valley community with farms and cottages, situated between Voss and Sognefjorden. This holiday apartment is a great starting location for day excursions to Bergen (125 km), Hardanger, Sognefjorden and the UNESCO heritage listed Nerøyfjorden. There are many signed hiking trails in the mountains. Vikafjellet is only a small drive away. There are many small fishing lakes and berries in the mountains. There is a lot of snow in the winter and only 6 km of driving to a skiing facility. In Voss (25 km) you will find many shops and restaurants. Voss has gondolas that will take you to the top of the mountain. Visit the Extreme Sports Festival in Voss. The apartment is on the ground floor of owners house. It is modest but well taken care of. The double bed can be split into single beds. Freezer available at the owner's.
