This delightful holiday home is set in the archipelago of Småland. It was built in the 1700's and features a cute little front terrace as well as a large, glazed terrace at the back. On the bottom floor you will find a charming, well-equipped kitchen. There is also a large comfortable living room which opens onto a lovely conservatory with a dining area. The bedrooms are on the upper floor, featuring new beds, purchased in 2014. A delightful little walking path of 300 metres leads down to the sea where you will find an excellent public sandy beach with lawns and bathing docks. This is the perfect place to spend warm, sunny summer days. Those who like golfing will enjoy the 9-hole golfing course which is nearby. The area offers plenty of sight seeing. The picturesque town of Västervik is 60 kilometres away, it offers plenty of entertainment, events, and a yearly music festival. The little summer town of Loftahammar is only two kilometres away, with it's boats, restaurants, exhibitions, and shops. Tättö camping offers canoeing, minigolf, and boats and bicycles for rent. Vimmerby is another popular destination, 80 kilometres away. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World. Katthult and Bullerbyn, well known from Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books, are also close. Or why not take a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? The Kingdom of Crystal is another interesting destination. This is where the famous Kosta Boda glass is made. Please note: The ceiling is rather low, about 1.82 centimetres.
