If you decide to spend your holiday in a villa, you will generally appreciate the proximity to the great outdoors: Although Artà, the next largest town, is only a stone's throw away, you will find yourself in the middle of the countryside in the new resort. Can Pallater villa. The view of the beautiful landscape from the outdoor area is pure colour therapy, enchanting your eyes with different colours depending on the season. After enjoying a restful night's sleep, step onto the terrace, stretch out a little, then slide into the pool and recharge your batteries as you glide through the water amid a postcard-perfect landscape. This doesn't change when you decide to start barbecuing later in the afternoon to treat yourself and your loved ones to a wonderful al fresco dinner. The mild, balmy air is one of the reasons why Mallorca is so popular with holidaymakers. This villa offers you various ways to enjoy the mild climate on the spacious terrace, where you will find sunbathing areas, lounge seating and a covered area. You don't even have to leave the villa to relax and enjoy your holiday to the full. The windows to the dining area of the house can be opened so wide that the exterior and interior of this villa merge almost seamlessly.

From the dining room, whose nautical rope lights give the room an almost sailboat-like atmosphere, you pass through a square archway into the modern kitchen, which is equipped with a huge fridge to help you with your culinary conquests. Thanks to the large windows, plenty of light enters the rooms, giving the entire house a friendly character. The porthole window between the dining room and living room is a real eye-catcher. A surrounding bookshelf frames this window on the living room side. After dinner, you can enjoy a film or watch satellite TV in the cosy living area with sofa and chaise longue. The other guests stay on the ground floor, where there are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms can be considered the villa's suite; finally, the en-suite bathroom with whirlpool offers everything you need for particularly relaxing moments. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom which, like the rest of the house, is characterised by its minimalist, immaculate interior design.

Just 5 km to the east is the medieval town of Artà, which offers numerous shopping opportunities. The attractive pedestrianised area invites you to linger and enjoy a fresh espresso. Depending on the wind direction, a road can be heard at the villa, but hopefully this won't bother you; after all, it's what will take you to the beautiful beaches of the east coast. The Parc natural de la Península de Llevant is located 10 kilometres from the villa and offers a true paradise of coastal hiking trails. The Caminet del Carabiners, which starts in Cala Estreta, allows you to discover numerous truly enchanting coves. The bustling harbour of Cala Ratjada is 15 km away and from here you can take a walk to the lighthouse of Punta de Capdepera.

The newly built villa Can Pallater, 5 km west of the medieval town of Artà, welcomes you with a large plot from which you can enjoy a great view of the island's interior. The Llevant massif, visible in the distance, is ideal for hiking, while natural beaches such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta can be reached by car in around 20 minutes.
