A marvellous expanse surrounds every newcomer to Villa Sa Granja, which is situated in a beautiful rural location near Artà. The wonderful panoramic views you can enjoy from here will immediately mesmerise you and your spirits will soar in the surrounding open space. In fact, this is a perfect place to simply unwind, as absolute tranquillity prevails here. The only thing in the immediate vicinity of the property is the small, little-travelled road that leads to the villa. An inviting aspect of the outdoor area are the beautiful terrace areas in front of and behind the house, where you can spend your time in a variety of ways. There is a lovely table with polyrattan furniture on the covered veranda for cosy seating or dining. You can sit here in the morning and enjoy the blue sky with a fortifying breakfast or an aromatic cup of coffee. You can relax on one of the three pool loungers, which are available for all sun worshippers. A parasol is also available if required. The pool is easily accessible via a staircase and provides pleasant refreshment on warm days. There is an extensive fruit and vegetable garden, which is tended by the owners and is open to guests.

The Mediterranean-style rural villa welcomes its guests in a cheerful and elegant atmosphere. Large rooms with just the right amount of furniture convey a feeling of airiness and spaciousness. The decorative wooden beamed ceiling harmonises wonderfully with the white walls and terracotta floor tiles. A large, open-plan living/dining room with adjoining kitchen offers you numerous ways to spend your time. While you can relax to your heart's content on the comfortable armchair or sofa, the sumptuous dining table also offers you the opportunity to dine together indoors at your leisure. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with all first-class amenities for your daily needs, including a filter coffee machine. Generous work surfaces and plenty of storage space make it easy to prepare meals for several people at the same time. Stylishly furnished bedrooms provide an ideal basis for a restful night's sleep on holiday. The existing beds, two of which are 0.90 x 2.00 m and one 1.70 x 2.10 m, help with this. The last bedroom is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom. Villa Sa Granja is situated in a quiet yet well-connected location. The beautiful holiday home is located just under 3 km south of the attractive town of Artà and is surrounded by a plot of almost 18,000 m². Cala Ratjada with its beautiful beach and harbour promenade is only 20 minutes away by car.
