Whether you retreat to the shallow area of the pool, where you can head straight to one of the loungers and feel the warmth of the sun on your face: Eventually your appetite will pick up and you'll remember that you're paradise In the barbecue hut, it's not broken yet. When there's a savoury aroma in the air and the table is set for a feast under the thatched sunshade, it's time to sit down, enjoy one of the highlights of the day and tantalise your taste buds in the process. Later in the evening, you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail on the second covered terrace while sitting on the self-built garden furniture made from old transport pallets, painted in a wild turquoise colour. And before you go to bed, you'll want to take a night-time stroll across the green, tree-lined estate under the twinkling starry sky.

Once inside, you may come to the conclusion that it's too soon to retire to one of the three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and one even has its own bathroom. No, the living space is just too inviting, and you can always throw a few logs on the fire and sit on the sofa with friends and family and enjoy each other's company for as long as you like. The room is designed in such a way that you will quickly feel at home in the cosy atmosphere under the sturdy ceiling beams. In the morning, you can relax and enjoy a hearty breakfast at the dining table. But thanks to the incredibly well-equipped kitchen, a hearty breakfast is far from everything - here you can also try out the more elaborate recipes that you never seem to have time for at home. The fridge is so spacious that you can fit everything you want into it, especially if the intense colours and aromas you encounter in the island's markets make you want to buy in bulk. The fact that the natural stone walls in several rooms have been left exposed and visible also contributes to the rustic character of the villa.

Another special feature of this villa is its exceptionally green location. In this respect too, Villa Can Punt offers everything you could wish for - it is quite secluded, although you can sometimes hear cars on the motorway outside, depending on the wind direction. Otherwise, you will have the feeling that you have left civilisation far behind you on carefree walks in the countryside. However, the narrow streets of Artà are just 2 kilometres away, a great place to stroll and explore. The view over the plain from the Santuari de Sant Salvador is simply breathtaking and the sometimes steep climb to the Castell in Capdepera can take your breath away. But that shouldn't be a problem, because you can always take a dip in the sea, whose refreshing waters are never too far away, and walk from the lighthouse in Punta de Capdepera via Cala Gat to Cala Ratjada, where the resort's marvellous promenade awaits you. The beautiful bay of Cala Agulla with its clean, crystal-clear water is around 16 minutes by car from the villa.

The small medieval mountain town of Artà with its cosy cafés and restaurants is only 2 km away, yet Villa Can Punt offers the full experience of living in the countryside, including great opportunities for leisurely walks or excursions to the many attractions and attractive beaches along the entire coast. Platja de Son Moll and Cala Agulla, for example, are only 15 minutes away by car. The castle of Capdepera is also worth a visit.
