Inside, the villa combines high-quality furnishings with a feeling of luxury and comfort. The spacious living and dining area has a fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings or enjoying the view. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals together. There are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy. The enchanting finca "La Talayeta" is situated in a completely tranquil location, surrounded by an extensive Mediterranean garden with far-reaching, breathtaking views of the green, hilly landscape of the coastal municipality of Artà. Partly secluded bathing bays are only 20 minutes away from the villa by car. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful promenade along the beach and harbour can also be reached in less than 20 minutes by car.
