Villa Sa Terra Grosa is a property that is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday of this kind and has even more to offer thanks to its location in the middle of a beautiful landscape of rolling hills. The ivory-coloured villa is located on the outskirts of Binissalem and is surrounded by an orchard and huge palm trees. You will love spending time on the spacious, covered terraces and on the sun-drenched roof terrace. The country house offers pleasant private space on a secluded plot and you can almost jump straight into the pool from the veranda and enjoy the cool water in the middle of nature, if you so wish. Afterwards, you can sunbathe on the stylish sun loungers (in the shade of the parasol if required). If a daily barbecue is part of a successful holiday, you will be delighted with the built-in, covered barbecue. It is conveniently located directly at one end of a high-quality synthetic rattan dining set where you can serve the food. The interior of the rustic building has undergone a facelift that combines the traditional attributes of Mallorcan design with a modern country house style and it is fair to say that this combination has been a success. The large living room alone, with its harmonious colour palette, high-quality wooden furniture, dark ceramic tiles, walls in light, subtle colours and some decorative details in a homely moss green, which is reflected in the textiles, makes an impression. The choice of colours expresses the closeness and connection to nature and if you love fireplaces, the open fireplace in the middle of the room fits perfectly into the picture. The adjoining, rustic country kitchen impresses with its authentic farmhouse charm and at the same time has all the technical amenities for a carefree self-catering holiday. The room layout is also ideal for two families of up to eight people. There are two air-conditioned double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub on each floor. The children have their own area in the two rooms with single beds; the two queen-size beds are ideal as a cosy master bedroom. As there is also a small living area with two sofas on the upper floor, it is almost as if you have two separate accommodations - perfect for a multi-generational holiday. Not to forget: Thanks to the central heating and cosy crackling fireplace, Sa Terra Grosa loses none of its special charm even in the cooler months of the year.

Binissalem is located in the fertile heart of the island, the Plà de Mallorca. It is characterised by the production of oranges, almonds and wine at the foot of the majestic Tramuntana mountains. So it's no wonder that you can taste the products directly in the producers' bodegas and wine cellars all year round. The villa is located just outside the village in a sparsely populated area. Due to its proximity to the road, which you can only hear if the wind is favourable, you can easily follow the Mallorcan wine route. In the evening, when you return from the day's excursions, you can savour the full flavour of the Crianza you brought with you while sitting in the extremely comfortable lounge overlooking the relaxing landscape.
