A wide driveway leads past large feathered palm trees and antique-looking pottery to the beautiful Villa Son Catiu Solivent on the east coast of Mallorca. At first glance, you will be enchanted by the lush garden and the typical Mallorcan quarry stone house. The inviting outdoor area is simply resplendent in lush greenery and leaves nothing to be desired. The covered terraces in front of and behind the house have a particularly cosy feel and offer breathtaking views of the gently undulating landscape in the east of the island. Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and savour the culinary delights of Spanish cuisine. You can swim a few laps in the 11 x 7 metre pool early in the morning for a perfect start to the day or treat yourself to a refreshing shower in the outdoor shower after a long day of sunbathing. The comfortable outdoor furniture and high-quality sun loungers are lovingly distributed around the property and invite you to linger and relax. A small flight of stone steps leads down to an old pond. Here you can rest and relax for a moment. The interior of the villa also impresses with its original and very high-quality design. The open-plan living/dining room, which is adjoined by a large and fully equipped kitchen (also open-plan), simply radiates charm and you can hardly get enough of the many loving details of the furnishings. Rustic ceiling beams, colourfully painted walls and nostalgic decorative elements give the rooms the ambience of times gone by. Cosy hours await you in the quiet fireplace lounge. Sit down in the comfortable armchair or make yourself comfortable in the beautiful seating areas and listen to the cosy flickering of the fire. Two very cosily furnished double rooms with 1.80 x 2.00 m beds, each with its own bathroom, promise a restful night's sleep.

In addition to the impressive property, Mallorca's east coast also has a lot to offer. The village of Artà, just 4.5 km away, is not only known as a picturesque and unique holiday resort, but also as a real artists' town among connoisseurs. There are numerous cafés, restaurants and tapas bars in the quaint alleyways where you can enjoy lovingly prepared Mallorcan specialities. The villa is located on a country road, which takes you to the popular Son Servera weekly market and an exciting golf course in just a few minutes. For an unforgettable day at the beach, head to the nearby bays of Sa Marjal, Cala Bona, Cala Millor or Canyamel and enjoy the breathtaking views of the glittering Mediterranean Sea. The fairytale Villa Son Catiu Solivent awaits you in an idyllic secluded location in the midst of a gently rolling landscape. The picturesque village of Artà, with its typical Mallorcan town centre full of cafés, restaurants and shops, is just 4.5 km away.
