Do you need a break from everyday life and are you looking for a vacation home with lots of amenities? Are you also a large group? Thanks to great facilities and plenty of space on three floors, the house is perfect for two families of friends. The house impresses with its modern elegance. Leave the cooking to the amateur chefs while others have fun playing board games. The large lattice windows offer you a beautiful view of the surroundings. Enjoy a bath in the whirlpool and relax in the evening with a movie or on the terrace. Start your hike on the hiking trail near the house.

Explore the beautiful mountains and the numerous lakes where you can fish and swim. The animal life is rich and will delight young and old alike. Bortelid is also good for climbing and cycling and is absolutely the ideal place for hiking, be it a short walk or an extended tour in the mountains. We also recommend exploring the Hovass Valley nature reserve. In winter, Bortelid turns into a skiing paradise - the largest alpine ski area in southern Norway. Here you will find five ski lifts and 14 slopes, the longest of which is 1700 meters long. The slopes have different levels of difficulty, from children's slopes to steep downhill runs.
