The vacation home for up to 3 people, which was completely renovated in 2018 and will be renovated again in 2021, is located in a vacation settlement on a fenced recreational plot of approx. 220 m², only approx. 200 m from a bathing area and a small harbor on the Szczecin Lagoon. The fine sandy beach, the marina and the center of Mönkebude with restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot via the dyke path.

The very tastefully furnished 43 sqm non-smoking vacation home is equipped with living room (sofa bed - extra bed possible, fireplace, electric heater, flat screen TV, music system, dining area, covered freezer), open, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed, electric heater) and bathroom (shower, toilet, electric towel warmer, hairdryer). In addition, a furnished terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, a small shed (possibility to store bicycles), high chair, children's travel cot incl. mattress, free Wi-Fi and a parking lot (central for the complex, approx. 30 m away) are available.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs, bed linen, towels and an initial supply of firewood. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, pet (if applicable), additional firewood (trust fund).

One medium-sized dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property. All other animals or multiple animals require the owner's consent before booking. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the vacation estate!

The tranquil, state-recognized resort of Mönkebude is located on the north-eastern edge of the approx. 125 km² large and wooded landscape conservation area "Haffküste" directly on the Szczecin Lagoon and likes to call itself the pearl of the lagoon villages. In addition to the well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails with a variety of excursion destinations in the Ueckermünde Heath or the Anklam Forest, the beautiful, gently sloping beach on the Szczecin Lagoon with adventure playground, nudist area and restaurants as well as the marina are popular attractions for guests. In the village itself there is a mini-market, an ice cream parlor, restaurants and boat and bicycle hire. 7 km away is the seaside resort of Ueckermünde with further shopping facilities, an old town worth seeing, the zoo and boat trips to Poland or the island of Usedom.
