Idyllically and alone on a forest clearing in the district of Neumühle, the 50 square meter non-smoking vacation home is located on a 600 square meter recreational property. There are several other small vacation homes about 200 m away, the Treppnitzbach stream is only a few steps away and the Neuklostersee lake is about 600 m away. Shopping facilities and restaurants as well as a beautiful bathing area on the lake can be found in the small town of Neukloster, approx. 3 km away.

The vacation home for up to 4 adults and 1 baby, which was extended over two floors in 2017, has electric heating and insect screens on the windows. It is equipped with a living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, wood-burning stove, dining table), a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (walk-in shower/WC). A sleeping area (two single beds, crib) can be reached via the open staircase. Guests also have access to a terrace, barbecue, parking space with carport, seating areas on the property, bicycle storage facilities as well as a crib, high chair, swing and sandpit.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this property.

Lübberstorf is a municipality in Northwest Mecklenburg, which is largely located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park. The landscape, formed by the last ice age, is rich in lakes and forests and invites you to explore nature. The district of Neumühle, idyllically situated in the forest on the Teppnitzbach stream and not far from the Neuklostersee lake, is a recreational area with several weekend cottages. There are small lake access points, boat hire and fishing opportunities just a few hundred meters away, and a beautiful sandy beach and sunbathing lawn on the lake can be found approx. 3 km away at the free bathing facility in the small town of Neukloster, as well as shopping facilities, restaurants and further boat hire. In addition to the numerous old buildings in Neukloster, the monastery church dating back to 1219 with its many valuable exhibits is also worth a visit, and thanks to the good transport links (A 20 and A 14), Schwerin (37 km), Rostock (45 km) and the Baltic Sea (Hanseatic city of Wismar 20 km) can be reached from here in around 30 minutes by car.
