The well-equipped vacation home, a separate extension to the house, is located on the owner's 2000 square meter residential property. It is about 500 meters to the center of Plauer / old town. The vacation home is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio/CD/DVD, video, fireplace), kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, small dining counter, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed, sofa bed), bathroom with bathtub, central heating. At your disposal: Internet connection, furnished terrace, barbecue, car parking space and bicycle storage.The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

At 38.4 km², the lake of the same name is the third largest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Bathing beaches, boat and bicycle hire, diving and sailing schools, a climbing park, passenger boat trips and good fishing opportunities are all located in the town. There is also a picturesque old town with numerous restaurants, cafés and shops.
