The holiday apartment with separate access is located on the ground floor of a residential building on the owner's 600 square metre, very well-kept residential property in a central location. Bathing lake/Angelsee, shopping facilities and restaurants within a radius of a few hundred metres. The Lychen town wall, from whose viewing platform you have a beautiful view of the Oberpfuhlsee, runs directly across the property. The apartment is equipped with: combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, sitting area, LCD TV, radio, CD/DVD, double bed - 1.40m), bedroom (double bed), open-plan kitchenette integrated into the bedroom with pantry (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, toilet, central heating. At your disposal: various furnished outdoor seating areas (1 x with lake view, 1 x in the city wall, 1 x terrace), barbecue, swing, sun loungers, W-LAN, two bicycles and a rowing boat. The total price includes: Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. Tourist tax to be paid on site. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Next to Templin, Lychen is the most attractive holiday resort in the Uckermark. Due to the abundance of forests and lakes in the sparsely populated area, you have all the prerequisites for a relaxing nature holiday. Directly around Lychen there is an interconnected lake area with a total of seven lakes, providing the best conditions for swimming, fishing or water sports. The town has a well-developed tourist infrastructure with various shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés, boat and bicycle hire, raft trips, carriage rides/horse riding, trolley trips and much more. Festive events take place regularly during the main season.
