The vacation apartment, a separate extension to the house, is located on the owner's 1800 square meter, quiet residential property in the center of Plau, directly on the Müritz-Elde waterway. Shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants within a radius of just 100 meters.
The apartment, partially renovated in 2017, is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, sofa bed, flat screen TV, radio/CD, dining table, bedroom (double bed, wall bed), kitchen (simple electric stove, refrigerator, mini oven, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with shower/WC (underfloor heating, completely renovated in 2017), crib and high chair, electric heating. At your disposal: furnished terrace, deck chairs, pavilion, small children's playground, bicycle storage and parking lot, bed linen, final cleaning, water and energy are included in the total price.
