The vacation apartment with separate access is located on the upper floor of a vacation home on a plot of approx. 1000 m² in a quiet residential area. Restaurant and shopping facilities within a radius of 400 meters. Lake Plau is approx. 1 km away. The vacation apartment was modernized in 2022 and partially refurnished. It is equipped with a living room with sofa bed, dining area, flat-screen TV and radio, an open kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, various kitchen appliances, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has central heating. There is also an outdoor seating area, barbecue, WLAN connection 1.00 Euro/day, bicycle storage room and parking space. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets: One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed in this accommodation.
