The cozy vacation apartment is located in the basement of a residential house on the 1000 sqm residential property of the landlord in a prime residential location, only about 100 meters from Lake Plau with promenade, beach and children's playground. Several restaurants within a radius of 300 meters. The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, sitting area, flat screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed, crib), an open kitchenette (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), shower / WC and central heating. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, barbecue, parking space and 2 rental bicycles.
