3 kms away is Capaci and a km after Isola delle Femmine, both towns with very renowned sandy beaches, and a enjoyable promenade.

The villa is located in a strategic position, 4 kms from the motorway and the airport is less than 10 kms away.

The very elegant property has 4 spacious double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. Two bedrooms have a living room and a bed in the loft. The open-air internal courtyard, houses a heated swimming pool (10x3 mt) and opens on all sides of the house with spectacular windows.

Palermo the capital of Sicily, with its gorgeous monuments, markets, beaches and street food is just 10 kms away.

Palermo is actually one of the most beautiful and peculiar towns in the world.

There is a nice naturalistic reserve, just by the sea, at Caporama (10 kms).

Why not spend a day outdoor visiting the Unesco's Valley of the Temples (photo) in Agrigento: less than 100 kms and you will be there. 

70 kms and there it is the medieval town of Cefalù worldwide famous for its monuments as the XII century Cattedrale, the castles and an enigmatic temple on the rock that overlooks the town, the Ancient Roman baths, the Osterio Magno palace, the Museo Mandralisca with a collection of paintings, archeological finds... and other highlights that you can discover strolling the narrow alleys of this wonderful town.

We suggest you to pay a visit to the following places: Naturalistic reserve of Zingaro (with its beathtaking coves, photo) and Scopello village (both at about 50kms); Trapani and the medieval, wonderful Erice (60 kms); Capo Gallo naturalistic reserve (15kms)
