Our authentic Austrian chalet is located in Pirtendorf (municipality of Stuhlfelden) at an altitude of 860 meters. The detached chalet is located on the mountain and has a beautiful unobstructed view over the valley and the Hohe Tauern. It is very quiet, almost at the end of a mountain road, in the middle of the grasslands, with only one house next to you.

The house is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See / Kaprun / Saalbach-Hinterglem and Kitzbuhel, which can be reached in 15-20 minutes. In winter you can enjoy fantastic skiing, hiking, cross-country skiing, etc. In summer you can enjoy cycling or mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golf (Mittersill and Zell am See), archery and much more.

With a total living space of 270m2, spread over 3 floors, you can relax and enjoy your stay with several families, children or friends in a beautiful environment. The chalet is very spacious and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to 12 people.

payment
- 30% of the rental price when booking
- 70% of the rental price plus deposit (€500) no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period

The landlord will contact you regarding payment of the deposit

The price includes the costs for final cleaning, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, washing machine/dryer and sauna

Cancellation: Please take out cancellation insurance. This gives you the option to cancel your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances
