First of all, it is a clear aesthetic statement, based on the "genius loci" (spirit of a place) and it reveals, in its most intimate side, the strong cohesion and personality of the owners who have designed and structured it. It explodes with colors, light and flares as soon as you get a feel for it, making you feel at home.

This modernist style property extends on one floor and is located in the garden that surrounds it, while the pure white structure immediately strikes the visitors attention. The large living area comprises living room, dining room and kitchen creating a fluid open-plan space, emphasized by the natural concrete floor and the large windows that redefine the interior space so that it becomes one with the outside. It allows you to enjoy the pool view and it seems as if it extends into the living area.

An elegant style is also evident in details, art pieces carefully arranged to emphasize the decorative impact and design furniture. The villa has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite recalls the essential and refined style that distinguishes every room. The bathroom has a particular shower/bath tub, always made with natural cement and it gives the place an exotic and elegant note at the same time.

In a corner of the garden, the BBQ area is surrounded by the Mediterranean marquis and in the dining area you can enjoy delicious Sicilian dishes in direct contact with nature.
