Modern villa Golden Dream is located on the island of Bra? in Sutivan. The island of Bra? is known for many things and some of its attractions are that its most famous beach Zlatni rat often changes its shape due to weather conditions. Moreover, the island has its own airport and up to 116 churches, which makes it the holiest island in the Mediterranean. Villa Golden Dream is the ideal choice to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life so that you, your family or a group of close friends can enjoy peace and quiet. Villa Golden Dream was built in 2021 in a modern architectural style, has 180 m2 of living space, is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 and optimal 6 people. The villa offers sea view from two bedrooms on the upper floor and from the first floor. On the first floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, two armchairs, a TV and a coffee table. If necessary, the sofa can serve as an extra bed for a maximum of two people. Next to it there is an exit to the outdoor terrace and a dining room with a dining table for eight people. The kitchen is modernly furnished and has everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family. On the first floor there is a bedroom with private bathroom with shower, which also has access to the terrace. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, which have a terrace with seating, and you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea while having your morning coffee. The outdoor terrace offers the possibility of a pleasant refreshment during the day or at night in a heated pool of 45 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. The pool is operated by an electrolysis system and has complete lighting. Next to it there are 6 sun loungers and a covered outdoor dining table, next to it an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. It is an ideal opportunity to prepare traditional meat or fish dishes. The relaxation area is a poolside lounge area with ample seating and a table so you can enjoy a cocktail on hot summer days. Other villa amenities include a food dispenser, baby crib, washing machine and iron. Villa Golden Dream is a brand new decorated building, fenced and has 3 private parking spaces in the yard. One of the interesting things about the island of Bra? is that its oldest settlement is called ?krip. Here you can learn more about the long history of this beautiful island. The famous quarry, the museum of Bra? island and the church from the 18th century are just some of the places that are definitely worth a visit. Besides, the Bla?a Desert is one of the most fascinating scenes that will delight every visitor. It stretches over 56 hectares in the area from Dragovod to Bla?a Bay. In the desert there is a monastery, which consists of a 17th century church, residential buildings and an observatory and library. The monastery houses the second largest telescope in Europe.
