Die Pension Dünenhaus befindet sich etwa 100 m hinter den Dünen zum Ostseestrand in Zempin, dem kleinsten Seebad der Insel Usedom, ruhig, waldnah, direkt am Rad- und Wanderweg gelegen.



Wir bieten Ihnen ganzjährig Ferienwohnungen und Studios verschiedener Wohntypen. 

Jede Wohneinheit verfügt über mindestens einen Balkon Richtung Südseite mit Blick auf den Rad- und Wanderweg. PKW-Stellplätze befinden sich auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz.

Die Rezeption ist an Anreisetagen von 14.00 Uhr bis maximal 18.00 Uhr geöffnet. Die Abreise sollte bis 11,00 Uhr erfolgen.

Auf dem Hof finden Sie einen kleinen Garten und  einen  Grillplatz . Eigene Fahrräder finden in der abschließbaren Fahrradhalle einen sicheren Ort zum Abstellen. Parkplatz und WLAN ist kostenfrei.
