    “Het huis voldoet volledig aan de onmschrijving en is goed bevallen. Drie ruime slaapkamers, een mooi zwembad en voldoende zitjes buiten.
    Het zwembad wordt 2x per week onderhouden door een goed Engels sprekende meneer.
    Huis beschikt over 2 aircos. Helaas zitten deze niet in de slaapkamers (wel zitten daar ventilatoren).
    Buiten heb je een overdekt zitgedeelte om in de schaduw te zitten. Denk 's-avonds wel aan bescherming tegen de muggen.”

    “Die Casa del Sol befindet sich oberhalb des Ortes in der Urbanización "El Tosalet" in einer kameraüberwachten Sackgasse. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Man findet im Haus sämtliche Utensilien vor, die man benötigt. Wer deutschen Kaffee mag, sollte allerdings eine Kaffeemaschine mitbringen - darauf wird aber vorab auch hingewiesen. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind für mindestens vier Personen vorhanden. Fehlende Sitzmöglichkeiten kann man aber ohne Probleme von anderen Tischen ergänzen. Durch die vorhandene Klimaanlage sind auch heißere Tage und Nächte kein Problem. Das gesamte Haus ist für einen perfekten Urlaub bestens geeignet. Der Pool wird regelmäßig von einem netten "Poolboy" gereinigt und ist ein wahrer Traum - vor allem für Kinder. Vom Haus hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Ort Javea sowie auf den Berg "Montgó". Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in der Nähe - auch deutsche Lebensmitteldiscounter.”

    “Wir waren in der Zeit vom 07.07. - 21.07.12 mit 5 Personen in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus war in einem sehr gepflegten Zusatand. Alle Gegenstände für den täglichen Gebrauch waren vorhanden. Man würde das Objekt schon gerne sein Eigen nennen.
    Allerdings sollten bei Buchungsmöglichkeit für 6 Personen auch für alle Personen Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden sein (drinnen kleiner Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, draußen 3er und 2er Couch). Den Mietpreis für diesen Zeitraum fanden wir angemessen bis günstig.”
