Die wundervolle Villa befindet sich in dem bekannten Gebiet Sometimes-Playa de Palma, ruhig, neben einer Parkanlage, umgeben von Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkten. Das Highlight: gerade mal 5 min vom Flughafen entfernt und nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Strand der Playa de Palma mit all Ihren Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.

Das Haus ist unterteilt in 2 Etagen, die untere Etage besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer (Smart TV) mit Wohn-/Essbereich, einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und sehr großem, modernem Kleiderschrank, einem kleinen Schlafzimmer mit Schlafsofa und ein Bad mit Dusche. In der ersten Etage bedingen sich 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, alle drei mit Bad en suite (also mit direktem Zugang zum eigenen Badezimmer), wodurch man viel Privatsphäre genießen kann. Im Aussenbereich befindet sich ein wunderschöner Pool mit Chili out Bereich, Liegen und Hängematten, ebenso ein Grill. Hier kann man mallorquinische Nächte bei Kerzenlicht verbringen und gemeinsame Dinner oder Barbecues auf der Veranda genießen.
