The Zunzer family welcomes you to our approx. 90m² holiday home in the beautiful Ore Mountains. In the immediate vicinity is the Czech border, Annaberg-Buchholz the mountain town of Marienberg and the spa town of Seiffen. Approx. 75 km to Dresden and 40 km to Oberwiesental. The ideal starting point for day trips.

Our holiday home is about 90sqm in size and can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has, among other things, a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. The dining room is equipped with seating area. There are also 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a modern shower, as well as a large lounge and a beautiful garden. In both bedrooms there is a double bed in one 1.80m x 2.00m in the other 1.40m x 2.00m. Wi-Fi is included, a parking space is available in front of the door for 2 cars free of charge. Towels and bed linen are provided. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Conditions:
- payment is made in advance by bank transfer, the account data will be sent separately by e-mail.
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. If cancelled later, 90% of the total price will be charged.

- Departure time: On the day of departure, your holiday home is available until 10 am. Please leave the house swept clean.
- Access to the holiday home is via a code. You can obtain this by e-mail or in person on site.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Tourist tax of € 1.00 per person (from 16 years) and night will be charged separately on site.
