Villa Maria with private pool is located in a quiet, rural area in the village Donji Proložac near town Imotski. This is nice place to spend a relaxing holiday with a lot of privacy. Some of the most beautiful beaches of Makarska Riviera can be reached in just half an hour. Imotski is a picturesque little town known for its unique red, blue lakes and Vrljika River. This is a unique location for nature lovers, adventure lovers and families!




Villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a spacious kitchen and a living room and is ideal for larger groups or families as it can comfortably accommodate 12 people. The house has a large outdoor pool with sun loungers and plenty of space for fun and outdoor recreation. Outside is a spacious terrace, a barbecue area and dining area, a children's playground and an outdoor shower.


The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. For families with small children, this home offers a high chair and cot, a Smart TV for those who enjoy Netflix until late at night.



The villa is located very close to the Blue and Red Sea, but you can also enjoy the beauty of the nearby lake Prološko Blato. The region of Imotski is known for its wine growing and rural culture with good gastronomic offer. Here you have the opportunity to taste many local products.
