The apartment is located in the middle of Geyer in the upper Erzgebirge. So you have short distances to the bakery and the supermarket. The water park, the lake and the open-air theater are not far away either. Geyer is only a few minutes by car from Annaberg-Buchholz. Due to the central location, all excursion destinations in the Erzgebirge are very easy to reach.

The apartment is set up for 2 people and has underfloor heating for cozy warmth and its own W-LAN network for fast internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Fully automatic coffee machine, classic coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of dishes are available.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. Hairdryers as well as hand and bath towels are available for you.

The living area is equipped with a blind and offers a comfortable couch, a large LED TV and a radio with Bluetooth as well as a small selection of books. The comfortable box spring double bed has a bed height of 60 cm.

The large garden is surrounded by hedges and bushes and offers seating and a charcoal grill on the terrace with awning. Storage facilities for bicycles or ski equipment are available.
