Feel right at home in this child-friendly holiday house. The cosy living and dining room, equipped with satellite TV, Blu-ray player and hi-fi system, are on the ground floor. On cold winter days, you can make yourself comfortable on the spacious sofa next to the fireplace. The modern kitchen has a microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic stove, fridge, freezer, fully automatic coffee machine and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette grill and a Pizzadom: a pizza oven for baking small pizzas. The ground floor also has a storage room with a washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner, and a guest toilet with a sink. The three bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a large wardrobe and a TV. One of these bedrooms has a baby cot. There is also a 3th room, with 2 single beds, a chest of drawers with changing mat and toys, stuffed animals and books to play with when the weather is not so good. The spacious bathroom with underfloor heating has a shower, bath, sink, toilet and hairdryer. The little ones are also catered for: a travel cot, high chair, bottle warmer and pushchair (with baby seat) are available.The quiet location and the spacious garden with a large sun terrace invite you to relax, romp and play. Whether you want to go hiking, inline skating or cycling, everything is possible right outside the door. Bicycles and other sports equipment can be stored dry under the carport. You can park under the carport and in the parking lot at the house.The holiday home is located in the village of Langewiese in Winterberg. Enjoy the fresh mountain air: the village is officially a health resort ('air spa'). Take off your shoes and discover the barefoot path. Or explore the marked cycling and hiking trails in the area. The slopes in Langewiese may be gentle, but you still look out over the Sauerland from a height. Less than 50 metres away is the Rothaarsteig, the most famous hiking trail in the area. It is 154 kilometres, and meanders through the woods and over the slopes of the Rothaar Mountains. The Hillebachsee is a 15-minute drive away. This mountain lake is ideal for a dayof relaxing. Go swimming, fishing, water skiing, pedal boating or sunbathing in the meadow. You have also come to the right place for winter fun. The Glückauf Langewiese ski area has two drag lifts, a conveyor belt, four runs, an illuminated slope, ski school and ski rental. Ideal for families, beginners and less experienced skiers. The Langwiese cross-country ski area offers about 40 kilometres of trails ranging from relaxed to challenging routes. It takes 7 minutes to Winterberg by car, for the Winterberg ski arena, the adventure mountain Kappe and the bike park.
