Mönkebude ist eine kleiner idylischer Ort, der sich von einem Fischer- und Schifferdorf zu einem beliebten Bade- und Erholungsort entwickelt hat.  Der Ferienort befindet sich direkt am Stettiner Haff.

Das Ferienhaus steht auf dem Wohngrundstück des Vermieters in einer Gartenlage.
 
Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Wohnraum (Polstermöbel, Sat - TV, DVD Player, Stereokompaktanlage), 2 Schlafräumen ( 1X Doppelbett, 1 X zwei Einzelbetten - Durchgangszimmer), kleine Küche (separate Tiefkühlgelegenheit beim Vermieter auf Anfrage ..."für ganz große Fische ") mit Wasserkocher, Toster, Mikrowelle, Brotmaschine sowie ein Bad mit DU/WC.
Am Haus befindet sich eine überdachte  Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel sowie  einem Grill.
