We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living. Very maintained housing estate at the Godewindpark. Only about 300m to the beach.
Two room apartment, approx. 50m² for two persons, balcony, view to the Godewindpark and the ponds. Living room with sofa bed and pharmacist cabinet, dining table with 4 chairs, modern kitchen unit with ceran stove, electric kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, bed room with window, double bed (two mattresses) - access to the bed from one side only or from bed’s end - work desk (countertop) with two chairs, bathroom without window, bathtub with integrated shower, washing basin, WC, built in cupboards in the corridor, TV, mini stereo system with CD and cassette recorder. The apartment is laid out with light colored tiles.

Conditions:
Bed linen, towels are inclusive. The final cleaning € 60.00 is already included in the offer/booking. Pets are allowed. Non-smoking apartment. Underground parking garage Nr.7. No storage room for bicycles available.
Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
