Die Ferienwohnung Ahorn befindet sich nahe des Ortskern des Ostseebad Zinnowitz. Sowohl die Ostsee als auch das Achterwasser sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Die 2016 fertiggestellte  70 m² große Erdgeschoßwohnung "Ahorn" befindet sich in einem neu gebautem Mehrfamilienhausan der Ortsrandlage von Zinnowitz.

Die liebevoll eingerichtete, komplett geflieste Fereinwohung verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung sowie eine Entlüftungsanlage und ist mit hochwertigen Vollholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Es erwartet Sie selbstverständlich eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, WLAN, ein Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, 2 Waschplätzen und ein Gäste WC mit Waschplatz. Für gemütliche Stunden steht ein Kamin zur Verfügung.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 2 min zurreichen.

    “Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Kissen, lose Schrauben), trotz allem eine wirklich schöne große Wohnung. Mir persönlich fehlen Polsterauflagen für die Gartenstühle, ohne kann man sich da leider nicht draufsetzen. Fliegengitter wären wünschenswert. Aber alles in allem kann man sich trotzdem wohlfühlen .”

    “Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo bezugnehmend auf Küche, Wz mit schönen Kamin, TV, Fußbodenheizung, Möbel. Gäste WC und gr. Bad mit großer begehbare Dusche. Großzügiges Schlafzimmer plus Kinderzimmer, überall Fußbodenheizung. Whg befindet sich im EG und ist sehr gut Rollstuhl geeignet. Terrasse ist Richtung Osten - für uns - sehr gut, mit Blick ins Grüne. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Zum Strand 20in zu Fuß, im Februar egal, aber im Sommer naja. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt sehr schöne moderne Whg. Sehr gerne wieder”
