Die 60 m² große Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen separaten Eingang im Nebengebäude des Wohnhauses.

Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer separaten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.
Ein Parklatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück.
Eine Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit gehört ebenfalls zur Ferienwohnung.
Auf dem Grundstück leben zwei kleine Hunde.

 


Zempin ist das kleinste Seebad Usedoms und liegt zusammen mit den anderen drei Bernsteinbädern an der schmalsten Stelle der Insel zwischen Ostsee und Achterwasser. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger, schöner Lage in der Rieckstraße.
Zempin hat die unmittelbare Nähe zur Ostsee mit schönen Waldwegen und zum idyllischen Achterwasser. Restaurants, eine Bäckerei, die Touristinformation, den Bahnhof oder  eine Arztpraxis erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.


Die nächstgelegenen Supermärkte befinden sich in den Nachbarorten Zinnowitz und Koserow, in ca. 3 km Entfernung.



Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich, ruhig gelegen, in der Rieckstraße.
Sie erreichen alles zu Fuß in wenigen Gehminuten.
