    “Eine eigentlich wirklich schöne Anlage, mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Gardasee mit phantastischen Sonnenuntergängen, leider sind Inventar und Zustand der Wohnung wohl mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir nicht als angemessen. Positiv: Die Lage der Villa da Sacco ist wirklich toll ebenso wie der Park, in dem sich die Villa befindet und das alte, historische Gebäude an sich. Der Swimming-Pool ist ausreichend groß und es gibt genügend Liegeplätze. Negativ: Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war grenzwertig. Der Vermieter versicherte, dass die Putzfrau zuvor dagewesen sei. Jedoch fanden wir bei Ankunft noch Essensreste im Kühlschrank und in der Tiefkühltruhe. Die Waschmaschine roch sehr stark nach Schimmel, auch nach mehrmaliger Reinigung durch uns - war sie somit kaum nutzbar. Auch die Klimaanlage im oberen Zimmer roch bei Benutzung extrem nach Schimmel und wurde somit auch nicht von uns benutzt. Die Abzugshaube und das Licht in der Küche haben nicht funktioniert. Die Toilette riecht ebenfalls sehr stark nach "Urin" - auch nach gründlicher Säuberung (durch uns) - änderte siich dies nicht. Der Abfluss der Dusche war so stark verstopft, dass das Wasser ewig nicht abfließen konnte - auch dies wurde durch uns behoben (nach Entsorgung fausgroßer Haarreste). Auf Teppich und Fußboden lagen bei Ankunft auch noch sehr viele Krümmel und Staub. Der Vermieter schickte dann zwar noch einmal die Putzfrau, aber vieles konnte, bzw. wurde durch sie nicht behoben (siehe obige Beschreibung).”
