Family Friendly Apartment in Sant'agnello with Private Parking and Splendid View

La Terrazza Family Holidays is a splendid, Eco Friendly Holiday Home, nestled on the Sorrento hills.
It is the most welcoming Family Friendly holiday home on the Sorrento Peninsula.
It has a large living room kitchen, just renovated, complete with induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, moka pot, American coffee maker, blender and toaster.
You will also find the table and chairs, cutlery, crockery, and sufficient pots for all guests.
The three bedrooms are complete with desk, wardrobe, safe and satellite TV.
The two bathrooms on the first floor have a large mirror, bidet, toilet and walk-in shower, there is also a toilet in the attic.
In the attic there is also a laundry room equipped with two washing machines and a tumble dryer.
The rooms of La Terrazza Family Holidays are large and bright, all with large windows or terraces, which open to the guest the splendid view of the Gulf of Naples or the surrounding hills and the blue of the sky and the sea.
The offer is completed by a fantastic exclusive solarium of 70 m2. overlooking the sea and Vesuvius, equipped with shower, deck chairs and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the place and regenerating yourself in the green Sorrento nature. The gazebo on the terrace is equipped with tables and chairs and a barbecue.
Two cots, two strollers and two seats for children are available free of charge. We can also supply the homogenizer, the sterilizer, the cutlery and the trays for the bath of the youngest guests.
At 70 meters from the house, there is a reserved car parking area for one or more cars.

The quiet of the lush gardens and the view of the sea are an ideal setting for a happy stay on the Sorrento Coast, where the mild climate and the beautiful colors of the landscapes make it an ideal destination in any season of the year.
The thousand local cultural traditions are articulated in a calendar full of events: from carnival to processions La Terrazza Family Holidays is located in a quiet position on the hills of the Sorrento Peninsula, less than a kilometer from the main square of Sant'Agnello, and is well connected to the ordinary road, it is served by buses and is not far from the railway station.
The Terrace Family Holidays is ideal for welcoming families, couples, and groups of friends.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig mit einem guten Preis-/ Leistungsverhältniss. Sie befindet sich in ruhiger Ortslage, aber dennoch relativ zentral. Kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Positiv: Der Aufenthalt auf der Terasse mit Blick auf den Golf von Neapel ist besonders spektakulär. Negativ: Leider befindet sich der Eingang zur Wohnung im Vorhof, der von dem Mieter der unten liegenden Wohnung als Terasse genutzt wird. Es gibt jedoch keinerlei Komplikationen damit.”
