The pool (10x5m, depth of 1.3m) and hydromassage (6x2m, depth of 0.7m, fresh water) are both externally paved and surrounded by tables, sunbeds, beach chairs, umbrellas and children's play area (swing, playhouse, slide). Each apartment has its own separate area with a table and chairs. Parking is in the property, near the entrance gate.

The interiors have ceilings with arches or wood beams, both typically Tuscan elements. The apartment called “Eleonora”, 42 sq. m., is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a charming living/dining room with fully-equipped cooking area, a fireplace, TV and small double sofa bed (1.2x1.9m, good for children or teenagers). The first floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. “Giulia”, 41 sq. m., is on one floor and has a living/dining room with fully-equipped cooking area, a fireplace, TV and single sofa bed (1.2x1.9m), a double bedroom with a armchair bed, a bathroom with shower. “Francesco” is on the first floor.
