Cosy holiday home in the urbanisation "Ciudad Quesada" in Rojales on the Costa Blanca.

The house is only 6 km from the beach and you live in a quiet, safe area, very close to the 18-hole golf course "La Marquise". The house has a typical Andalusian terrace, which is perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings, sunbathing in complete privacy or simply relaxing with a book. The solarium and the beautifully planted garden are also ideal for relaxing, as is the communal pool, which is just a 3-minute walk away.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure, catering and supermarkets. You can enjoy the typical cuisine of the region in the many restaurants and bars in the village. In 15 minutes by car you can be in Torrevieja, where you can do your shopping in the Habaneras shopping centre. There you will also find the Aquópolis water park and a promenade for romantic walks. Nature lovers will enjoy a visit to the protected park and the lagoons of la Mata and Torrevieja. You can also visit the spectacular beaches and dunes with fine golden sand.
