Bjerregård is located to the south of the Holmsland Klit peninsula, a thin strip of land facing the North Sea on one side and the calmer Ringkøbing Fjord on the other. This holiday home is situated on a large, sheltered and private plot of land in a peaceful area. An attractive sandy beach which offers plenty of space for everyone - even on a warm midsummer's day - can be found within walking distance. Ringkøbing Fjord is well known as a good surfing area, and plenty of good opportunities exist for beginners and experienced surfers alike. Furthermore, prospects for offshore and coastal fishing are good, and an angling cutter based at the nearby port of Hvide Sande regularly takes fishermen out to sea. Also well worth a visit is the exciting Bork Vikingehavn, a living Viking museum, and the Tipperne bird sanctuary, a favourite stop off point for thousands of migratory birds.
