The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home, was renovated in 2012 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and courtyard.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The house is located in the center Siófok, but secluded and so quiet. You can take advantage of the proximity of the center, it's just a jump. At the end of the day, you can end the evening with your family in peace. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Facilities: cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire. TV shows in Hungarian and German.
Pool
Outdoor pool (3 m x 5 m, depth 1,2 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to mid of September.
