Surrounded by a well-kept garden, fully fenced and inviting to enjoy meals outdoors, for example on the covered veranda, equipped with a large dining table and sofas and chairs. The veranda can be used both in summer and winter, as it is equipped with heating. On warm summer days, the gazebo with an outdoor cooking area and a barbecue next to the veranda is perfect. The farmhouse also has a small but well-equipped gym with direct access to the pool. For the smallest guests there is a children's playground in the garden. A volleyball and badminton net, soccer goals, table tennis and various bicycles provide entertainment. Satellite TV and unlimited Wi-Fi are included. Covered parking on the property with electric gate and video camera. Pets are welcome.
The farmhouse is located on the edge of the Lungo and Ripa Sottile nature reserve and is half an hour from the ski slopes of Monte Terminillo. Only 200 meters from the house there is a beautiful bike path of over 22 km through the beautiful countryside of Lazio. The farmhouse is located 7 km from the city center of Rieti, capital of the historic region of Sabina and 75 km from Rome. The beauty of the countryside and the tranquility of the surroundings make it the ideal destination for vacationers who want to relax in the midst of nature. The area also offers countless opportunities for activities: walks along the path of St. Francis, a path surrounded by nature that connects four places of pilgrimage founded by the saints, bird watching, horseback riding, hang gliding, paragliding, rafting, rowing and climbing.
